With these insights, you can create targeted individual improvement plans, rethink hiring profiles, and make better use of limited sales training budgets.

SaaSRadar is benchmark database, designed to compare the metrics of your SaaS company with more than 200 other companies. 40 Critical metrics have been identified that drive rapid growth and diagnose potential pitfalls (in categories such as sales, marketing, churn, upsell, ...). Companies can take part in the survey (which takes about 2 to 3 hours), and can then benchmark their metrics with similar companies to answer a variety of questions:

  • How are we doing with respect to current peers?
    Compare to a cohort of companies that best match the business today to benchmark current performance 
  • What should we look like at the next horizon?
    Identify a cohort that matches company targets for revenue, ACV, etc. to identify gaps to the next horizon 
  • How will we be doing if we hit our annual plan?
    Benchmark the annual plan with future peers to test if the plan will help the company reach best practice
